Mild Hybrid?

Thinking of buying a nearly new Mild Hybrid. As I tend to do lots of short journeys in the winter months, would this perhaps be a problem with keeping the batterys charged. It's not a problem going for longer runs when needed just to keep things running ok but wondered if anyone has had any electrical issue's with the Hybrid. Thanks
