Is this winch bumper set up for calmini reverse shackle set up?

Jordi is right the brackets are for the bulbar, the yellow one. Now I can see the mount on the bumper I don’t think it will fit with out some chopping about

The plate at the back needs to be the same as this plate, that’s what I would try going by what I can see in your pics

Yes Mate now I can see now how it should fit but theres no way that the other side would go on to chassis leg . Shame coz its a really good winch bumper. but think we will stick with Bullbar.
