Hey, SJ413: Should I use gasket sealant on the inlet manifold, or just the gasket itself? Same question for the thermostat? Bought a thermostat and it didn't come with a gasket which surprised me!

Just the gaskets. No need for sealant.
Just ensure all the old gasket is removed from the mating faces before refitting the new.
