Hi guys, a friend of mines has offered a set of 15" vitara wheels from an older model. Tyres are in great nick and built for mud/winter.
My concern from reading up is will the 15" rim fit my vitara? from your knowledge will the wheels foul brake calipers etc etc?
Also I'm interested in a 2" lift kit but I'm struggling to find kits for my car. I can really only find kits for older vitara models. any suggestions would be welcomed .

I don’t know for sure, but would think if you have 16”, a 15” will foul

Besides the 15" vs 16" rim thing, a 2005 or newer Vitara will be the newer bolt spacing (a PCD of 5x114). You don't say which older model, but most "older" vitaras and grand vitaras run a 5x139.7mm pcd.
So if the "older" model you speak of is an original model Vitara or a Grand Vitara (anything pre-2005) the wheels will absolutely not fit.
