I've been using the LJ for the last couple of days and so far no issues to report with the starting, fires up first time. However it is bloody cold inside and in the wet she's very tail happy, kinda like a drift LJ lol. Headlights are basically useless, can anyone suggest better bulbs maybe?

Apart from all that she's brilliant. OK still needs tons of stuff doing to her but isn't that the norm with Suzukis? :brows:

If you still have the stock 7" Koito headlights and separate bulbs, then I just fitted these halogen one's. (P43T) bright and cheap fix.

Not been using the LJ much as it's so damn cold and the Vit heater is brilliant. However today was lovely and sunny so I took her out. Been sitting 3 weeks and just fired up first turn of the key! All good so far...did a few stops at the shops etc and every time she just fired up. Then left for home...now dark and very cold...fired up again, yay! Then it went downhill a bit, got to some dual carriageway that is unlit and I was being beeped at and lights flashing at me...so I guessed (correctly) that I had no rear lights! Got home and yep...no lights. Turned lights off and back on and now they work. This car needs a complete re-wire I think. Anyone here any good at that?

Been back to using the LJ whenever it is sunny (like today) and then freeze my arse off on the way home at night! Lights have 'fixed' themselves, and she's still starting first time. I did a few little jobs today, oil and filter change, new coolant and I finally put the sticky starter solenoid on the inner wing. I've been on Ebay looking for a heater that plugs into the fag lighter...anyone ever use one? I'd like to know how well they work before ordering one!

Jordi being our resident trucker may know of a heater that
actually works.

I'll ask him...yes it has a heater but it is so feeble it just about clears the windscreen. And it's so bloody draughty in there it needs something like a Vitara heater but they won't fit.
