New and proud owner of the cheapest Jimny on the planet!

Post by TyZuk » Sun Sep 11, 2016 9:50 pm

Hi, 4x4 newby here and SlimGrim told me this is the place to be haha. Owned a suzuki swift for my first year of driving and fancied an upgrade, so decided on a 2001 Jimny which turned out to be bargain of the century... 37k miles, mint condition, not a speck of rust to be seen and all for a whopping... £280! All it needed was new LAMBDA sensor as emissions were a little high.
Plans are; sandblast the wheels, paint them black, tidy up interior, and use as a daily!
Will probably have a lot of questions, sorry in adavance.
Here's a picture of the swift and some of the beast that's replacing it!
also the last picture shows kinda what im aiming for :doublethumbs:

Looks good, mine didn't have rust, until I pulled off the arches! :P

Nice one mate, most people struggle to find a jimny riddled in rust and without a mot for less than £500
