Nope, sorry, I'll give you a clue, it's not part of the body it's a component that can be unbolted from the car. And the picture is of the seam of this component.

Or the trim around the metal bar that runs from A to B pillar?

Sorry, it's neither of these, this component is something that mounts to the chassis,
