A letter from North Wales fire arms department..

I received a letter the other day saying that basically i cannot purchase and ammunition for my firearms, or shot gun. Or buy any firearms or shotguns themselves until i turn 18.

How this works i dont know as i already hold a full fire arms and shotgun certificate, so why should they stop me until i turn 18?
