Hi everyone! newbie looking for an SJ

Post by BmwGuy » Fri Aug 28, 2015 12:43 pm

Hi guy's I figured I should have ago at this Offroad thing!

So figured i should join up and introduce myself.

Im based in hampshire, ive had some interesting cars along the way mostly track focused. the higlights being a Z cars kitted classic mini (rwd bike engine, 0-60 in 4.0sec). also a 340bhp VR6 turbo mk2 golf. theres been various Alfas and BMWs along the way even a MR2 turbo.

Trackdays are bloody exspensive and lets be honest im not lewis hamilton. So time for a new project, im after a decent SJ around £1500 or less, to get into off roading. Im planning to mostly do pay an play days and abit of green lanes. If it all works out maybe look toward the competion side of things.

Nice to meet you all Andy

Welcome to SCUK.

You should be able to pick up a pretty decent truck for that if you hold out for the right one to come along.
