Advice on gear and tranferbox rebuild needed please

Hi All,

Need some advice, I am starting to look for the parts to rebuild my gearbox and transfer box, so a quick scan on Google and I found this kit.

I see it says it does not include some bearings for the transfer box but apart from those does this look like what I need and is this a reasonable price?
