rocker cover gasket.. or maybe dizzy oil seal.. or fuel pump seal.

Engine oil or gearbox oil?

Could be gearbox input seal?

It's always the dizzy seal...they've failed on every zook I've owned.
If it ticks over...leave it

That's your timing inspection hole. You can buy a plug for it or you can just bung it up with something.
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

It only started when I got back from a day out off roading I did go in a river up to the windscreen lol

Mine leaks a little from here, and out the hole underneath - after wading when off reading, I'm not 100% cetain but I think it means your crankseal has gone or your gearbox input seal, can you tell what sort of oil it is?
