Personally I wouldn't build it until you have the springs etc, you need to make sure you get all the angles correct so that the caster and driveline angles are kept correct.

Thinking about going down the YJ route on my 410,
I see for the front and rear mounts it's just a case of bolting new brackets onto the existing ones. What needs done to the mounts on the axle casings? Is it just bolt on bits again or does it require any welding etc?

You can just use the original SJ spring perches as long as you get all the other brackets made correctly so that it doesn't alter pinion or caster angles.
