Interior light question

Many times i am in & out the GV and need to leave the rear door open.
I like to switch off the interior light both up front & in the rear.
I would like to cut into the wiring & add a switch & place it on the dash,this then would allow me to just flick the switch & either make or break the circuit allowing the lights to work or not.
Do you know where i can cut into the wiring,i have looked at the fuse box under dash on drivers side but dont see a fuse marked interior etc.
There is a dome fuse but also on the same circuit as the radio so no good.

Any advice would be great.

I presume the rear door has a door switch? can you just replace the door switch with a manual one that u can choose "open" or "close"?
