As said in the title I am looking to re wire my 1994 suzuki samurai and was wondering if there is anywhere I can get the wiring connectors from or do I have to go through the suzuki dealer ship? Any help would be great

If there is a major problem with your loom I would just try and get a whole replacement from a breakers

I'm not sure which connectors the Samurai uses, most Suzukis of that age use a mix of Weather-Pack, Metri-Pack series 150 and Com-Pack III connectors. If you Google for datasheets you should find some info.
Edit: Check out the Sumitomo MT 090 series as well.
