Good thinking, ill get some box oil tomorrow and drain it out, hopefully the little blighter is in there.

All sorted now, got the little retaining bolt from Suzuki and wow what a difference that has made! Also luckily found the remains of the old bolt in the oil when I drained it out thank God.

Glad you got it sorted. I may refer to that diagram the next time I pull my gbox out.
