How strong are the rear wings, can they be stood on? Looking like you'll be back on the road in no time!

Seem strong enough to stand on, need to get a big lad to stand / bounce on them for a better test. I’ve been climbing all over it and it all seems solid, the little triangle braces on the back bumper stiffened it right up.

Another coat of primer, couple of coats of colour. Fit the lights.

Got plenty of SCUK shit rubber to add as spatz to bits of it.

Trying to find some smaller gauge waffle board material for the in-fills on it.

Not much progress, ordered the fittings to plumb the fuel tank in and some extra long brake pipes to go straight from the rear calipers into a t piece, instead of running copper brake lines along the axle.

Hopefully get some paint splashed about this weekend and some bits bolted back on it.

Still needs another coat of paint.

This also arrived to clean and line the inside of the fuel tank. It is fuel tight this is just another precaution and to prevent it rusting from the inside out.

The additional fuel pipe and fittings have arrived along with new extra long brake flexis for the back axle to run straight from a t piece to the caliper instead of having copper lines running along the axle.

POR is really good stuff Jordi used it on bike tanks but the inside of the tank has to be bone dry. Use a hair dryer or something!

So it’s been washed out, rinsed out, metal prep’d, rinsed out, dried thouroughly, liner poured in, swilled round, sat on each side again, swilled round and is now draining the excess.

Despite reading up on this POR 15 stuff, took a lot longer than expected.
