It sounds like a few of you are not only into Suzuki's but also VW's.. If you like I'll post an update/pictures every so often... Going to be a slow resto though, working a lot of the time and the Subaru/VW conversion parts are going to be expensive (sorry ScottieJ, Not much air cooled going on here...

As for the VW it's my first attempt at restoring one so I'm going to keep it simple.. The plans are so far to fit a full width rock and roll bed, a big tv fitted to an electric lift, a fridge for a few beers, a sound system, and a subaru engine.

1973 VW T2 rhd tin top twin slider. Got it in the new workshop two weeks ago.
Haven't done a great deal to the SJ since Mrsnewtomud was poorly but now up and running again :o)

Like the title says I've not had much time to get on here because I now have the SJ to work on and a new project as well :o)
Also sick of working on my drive in the freezing cold raining snowing miserable weather so have rented a workshop..
