Re: My "rust free" sj410

Its one of the biggest downfalls with Suzuki off roaders is the tin worm problem,it got my SJ413 about 3-4 years ago and if the Vitara engine had not gone wrong tin worm would of had it at the back end of the year anyway.I really liked using that Vitara lovely motor to drive and never ever got stuck...

Re: Got a recall notice from Suzuki UK

I have to say I'm a little reluctant to let anyone else get their spanners anywhere near my cars. I'm going to take a few photos underneath as there are no leaks at all - and if it's a gearbox out job to do the recall work I want it back without leaks. Anyone else this paranoid about their cars? :h...

Re: SJ413 Oil Light - No pressure

Have been thinking about trying them might pick up some today if itll do good for the engine. Is the oil additive left in the engine or does it need to be flush...

Re: Anton's build

So sorry too hear about your health issues, health is the No1 priority in life,a SJ with problems is in my opinion right at the bottom of the priority list, the best option could well be just put the SJ on Ebay and get rid of the unnecessary mill stone around your neck.I am aware that alot of effort w...

Re: SJ413 Oil Light - No pressure

Maybe worth while before stripping the engine down too throw a tin of STP oil additive in,that not only adds additional protection but also slightly thickens the oil up so should also give you a small increase in oil pressure, its only about £6 a tin and alot less expense and hassle of stripping a en...

Possibly the 'old gals' last trip tomorrow...........

Well my faithful old Vitara LWB looks like it will take its last long term trip tomorrow, its never missed a beat and although the V6 lump fires on all cylinders and still moves under its own power, when i started it up this morning too take the old dog for his morning walk,it chucked out the dreaded ...
