Skinny props are on sj410 built before 1984 i think, it might be 85. You can also tell by measuring the flange bolt spacing, where the prop bolts to the diff or the transfer case. If the bolt spacings are 56x56mm on centres they are the fatter props and if smaller bolt spacing they are skinny props....

One last question, can i change the flanges on a skinny prop t box to suit the larger prop bolt spacing by simply bolting on the bigger flange, or are the splines different?

Thanks Scottie, i've got a full set of skinny props for my other sj410 so i'll measure them and see how they compare.

Cheers Scottie, So a 410 front prop should be 717mm compressed length. But what about the rear prop as that's not on your table? Spline counts are all the same on intermediate props. Hi, was wondering what the prop lengths are for a fat propped sj410 front and back props? Also will 413 ones fit a 410 or are they longer? And are there variations of different spline counts on the intermediate prop which goes to the gearbox for a 410? Just trying to buy some props and the breaker d...
