If it's a loose connection, would I be right in presuming that the clock just prises out and the wires will come with it?

Hi, I have a Suzuki Vitara Allgrip 2015 model. I've tried to adjust the analogue clock via the normal method of the 'joystick' controlled menu but the analogue clock won't adjust. The digital one on the dash readout has altered fine but the analogue one isn't reacting. The clock itself is still work...
