Throttle position sensor, Where to buy cheaper??

Hi All,

I need to get a throttle position sensor for my 95 1.3 Sj, most other makes are around the £30 mark but could only find a couple for the SJ for over £100!!!?? Any one know why and where else I get a cheaper one!!!? many thanks... :er:

Fantastic, thanks for your replies all, going to have a good look this weekend. It's been sat for about 6 years so going to take everything apart and give it a good clean and bit of tlc!! Many thanks, lets hope I get it sorted as want to have a drive!!!!

Needed some new bumpers as mine were shot so contacted a Suzuki garage and they surprisingly sorted me out with a new front and rear bumper for about the same price as the ones online!! Give them a try, I'll ask when I go and pick them up tomorra...

Ace thanks for that, Hopefully a new throttle position sensor will sort out the high revs on start up!! You can but hope... Thank all... :thumbup:

What are these connectors/sensors please?

Hi All, apologies for all the question but trying to learn the SJ!!! Does anyone know what these connectors/sensors are? No1, is that a throttle position sensor? It's a 1995 1.3 fuel injected model... What are 2 and 3 for? Thanks in advance all, it's probably really basic engine stuff but still lear...

Thanks for all the input much appreciated... Just got to find the correct pcd wheel with a 35 offset now, the search continues.... Does this look right too, just pulled off the front and rear covers but no hub lock thing?! Is this right, anything to worry about?

Do you think the offset would be 20 or 35? Also what is standard offset on normal rims? Oh, all the questions!! :thumbup:
