Ok mate, cheers, I was thinking of getting a couple long planks of wood and then putting the bottle jacks up one end and then the other on axle stands, haha suppose that is quite dodgy. I'm planning to start stripping the front axle down tomorrow all being well. :) if not there's plenty else I could...

was wondering today if I would be safe to use 2 bottle jacks and then use axle stands to work on this?

I will have it parked in my garage when it's no being used but you still won't be able to remove the doors without them being opened, not that my doors lock anyway haha

I grinded off the rest of the door hinge today as I am going to chop part of them away so that I can lift the doors on and off easily? Is this a good idea and has anyone got a decent guide of how to do it to still make the hinges strong?
