I ve been sprayin the pins for a few days one wont move at all theother one moves a bit with no wiper attached

The wipers in the anus havent worked since i got it .I got a new wiper motor and replaced the old one the wipers work very slowly for a few minutes and now the wont move at all . Thanks again for the help rhinoman the hesitation was down to the clutch slipping.The car is running much better but using a lot of fuel do you think the cat warning light could be linked to the high fuel consumption
