Soak the fronts on your SJ with a good amout of WD40 over night as i always shear the bolt when i undo them.
Yeah will do, I tried to replace the drop arm yesterday and snapped 2 bolts :-( , not a happy man at the moment

Yeah never thought of that, would there be room on the chassis to drill holes too? For some strange reason the bump stops are in different places front and rear :lol:

Just had a look now, looks like I do have to weld on the rear, only problem now is I don't have a welder :x

Yeah fit the spacers and report back, if you still get shackle inversion it's time for a slightly longer shackle, looking at the shackle angle at ride height I have a feeling you might need them even with the spacers. How do you fit them? 2 of them have holes in and the other 2 don't, do I need to ...

Yeah it's the exact kit, I didn't put the bump stop spacers on mainly because I didn't have a clue how to fit them :oops:

I don't think its position would make any difference, seems to be a spring length issue. Just about ...
