Hi, I have bought new handbrake cables for my Vitara, as one has snapped off, and the other one is ok, but may as well be done as well. Is it easy to do, or worth taking to a garage to get it done? Cheers, Joe.

Yes they are the bushes you push in from both sides. The treaeded bar idea sounds good so i'll give that a try. If not, i'll try a vice. Thanks for the advice.

I have just bought a full set of polybushes for my vitara, and am having trouble fitting one on the a wishbone. Do they have to be pressed or should they just slide straight on?
