my vitara used to overheat slightly at one point because of the mud on the rad so it is a very likely suspect.
i just jet washed the rad and its been completely fine since.

ive towed a car trailer with a vitara on it with my 1.6 16v manual vitara. done around 70 miles with it in one trip and a total of about 210 miles towing it. it does struggle a bit on hills and does need to be revved hard sometimes,but the vit does about 4k rpm at 70 mph anyway so they are designed ...

sounds like the water pump may be the problem. either that or the rad/coolant hoses/waterways are blocked. try taking the rad hoses off and running a hose through the rad and pipes and see if you have a flow through. that will rule that out so its most likely the waterpump at fault also try taking o...

with my 32" tyres on my vit i have 3" suspension and 3" body lift. plus had to cut the arches a bit and hammer the bulk head in a bit to make clearance and had to hammer the rear tub in a bit so they didnt rub with the articulation. but i have lost some steering lock because the tyres...

weve got the 151en aswell but i run it on gasless 0.8mm wire,also have a different welder which we run on wleding gas thats available from the local calor gas shop.
gasless gives a stronger neater,but the gasless is loads easier on portability and fast set up.
