One of the issues was the site went to a funny address for a few years and as a result we lost quite a few regulars. Since the rebuild it has been growing again slowly, and as the others have mentioned it will always have all lots of technical info for people to browse through.

If you're driving it in 4WD on hard surfaces that would explain your whine, only use 4H or 4L on forgiving surfaces.

Have to ask the silly questions first, sure thats as far in as it will go? Might have just not lined up the teeth properly. Is the bearing pressed on as far as it can go? Some bearings come with a little collar in which case you don't need the little spacer, if your bearings have the collar AND you ...

Is it a constant drip? Have you noticed the coolant level rising? Anything leaking from the bell housing would normally only be engine or gearbox oil, unsure how coolant will be getting there.
