I'm guessing you would, as the additional pipe work will affect the airflow. I would think it's just like tuning a multiple carburettor system, after tuning one, you have to adjust the whole lot. Anyways, that's just my humble uneducated thinking

seeing it works fine off the tank, and has trouble when put back on the tank, I would run new fuel lines, replace the filter, and see what that does. sounds like it is particularly the return line that is playing up, as it hisses at you when you take off the fuel off of it, indicating it is probably...

my engine is running sweet as mate, I fully rebuild it, apart from the main bearings, which were reasonably new and in good shape anyway. I swapped the head and fully rebuild it, all new gaskets, honed the cylinder bores etc, and also converted it to a su hs2 carb, which makes it really nippy. I jus...

it stands as a rolling chassis, rebuilt engine, transfer case, and drivelines. all painted up, rust in chassis and cab fixed, partly painted and awaiting some body work to the roof. need to finish welding on one front arch, paint the lot, and reassemble it. oh, and also need to sort out the rear bra...
