those auxiliary terminals should be threaded, so you can just use a nut on them, generally they even come with a set of nuts on the stud, so you can just bolt ring terminals on there

another good alternative is to get one bent up by your exaust shop, using aluminium clad pipe, but once again, it will be more work than buying one, but if done right, looks really good, as it is one continuous piece of pipe.

It's just like Australia here in New Zealand. My wagon has been deregistered, so before i can MOT it, and register it again, I have to go trough a re-vinning process at the cost of around $500, and they are super picky on any body repairs, chassis repairs, any aftermarket parts, and any mods or diff...

it's not too bad when you use too much on a diff. it will just get munched up by the gears, do no damage, and is flushed out at the next oil change. more damage can be done when the stuff is used on engines, where it could clog up sensors, pumps etc
