Dident you pressure test your cooling system before you took i apart? I have had an overheating problem on my 410. But it turned out it was the radiator filler cab. I dident open at the right pressure?

Well i the one i have reseeved is too long. about 1". so i have to find out wich one will fit my sj.

Hey all Zook peopele I have at big problem with my sj410 fron 84. the startermotor is bustet.... :cry: i have ordered a new one fron a startermotor specialist here in Denmark but he has sent my the wrong starter. And now he claims there is at lot of diferent starters? I have only seen one type on sj...

I was thinking of using motor mount rubbers for det mounting of the transmision. I have seen volvo has som rubbers there looks much like the original sj just much stringer.

Hov about the build? Fiting the gears to the case or is it just plug and pray? :rockin:

Sounds like some of you have done the Rocklobster conversion? I denmark we dont have a lot of zook drivers. And no one of thoose i have taked to have done the conversion. What problems should i be awere of? I have the 410 transmission with the switch so i got that part covered. but where is the bigg...

I dont know how i will machine it yet. I have af frind who can do the machining for me. I do not have the skills for it. But i think the first drawing is the best.... I already looking forward to try it out... I think it will bee the winter project :rockin: :weld:

Hi there.

i come from denmark and have had my sj 410 for almost 3 years. and what a great fun...
It has been liftet 2" with Ironman suspension and shocks. i am working on a new bumper in front with room for a winch. Just the most funnist car i have ever owned...... :D :D :rockin: :rockin:

Thank you for all your help. I do have det transfer with the switch.... Now i have to buy me a 413 transfer box... and some gaskets and bearings.... i am lokking forward to try it out ind the mud..... You do not need top speed in the mud... Going 100 kmh in rough terrain is not an option in an sj. A...

RockLobster conversion

Hey I have an old 410 and I am thinking of building a new transfercase just like the one in the DIY section. But will i get the same low ratio on my 410 as he does on a 413? I have both transfercases in the shed so im an on my way to getting startet. But will it give me any differens on my 410? Sorr...
