problem sloved the was a split in the fuel line between the tank and the filter line replaced now she's running well again

gonna check it latter it has a new one on it

well finally got some time this evening to try some tinkering on the truck turns out the fuel pump is fine i tested it by put a smaller piece of fuel pipe on the inlet nozzle and the other end of the pipe in a jar of fuel turned it over started beautifully first turn and sucked down the jar of fuel ...

was checked by the breakdown guy he used a neat little trick of taking of the fuel line off the pump then used and airline and a rag in the filler cap and fuel came out of hose

just opened up the fuel pump is the bottom half ment to be full of oil ?

any idea on a part number for the pump
