Re: Project Bodge
Changed my engine mounts this week. Thought my engine was shaking about a bit more than it should be. Turns out one of them was knackered. It's running much smoother now though. http://i982.photobucket.com/albums/ae304/CaptainWhiteStar/Mobile%20Uploads/IMAG0661_zpsq5fs5ks6.jpg Also fitted a winch :g...

Re: Steering wheel shake
Could be a UJ on the prop shaft. I would take the rear one off and check the UJs move freely in both directions.

Re: What Did You Do To Your SJ Today?
You have a Suzuki digital clock with an LCD that still works? I bought 2 off eBay, had them all apart but couldn't get the displays to work :x Yeah working clocks are extremely hard to find. The screen was so faded on my first one, it was just a blank orange rectangle. Then armed with some ...

Re: Full float axle oil leak
That could very well be the problem. I know at least one of mine has some damage on the surface from a previous battle trying to remove a broken bearing.

Re: Full float axle oil leak
They're just from eBay.
Turns out only one side of mine was leaking from the bearing seal. The other was leaking from the hub cover due to the bolts working them self's loose. So maybe I damaged the seal on the leaky side when I first installed it.

Re: Full float axle oil leak
The hub seals on mine were brand new. You have only got to park on a bit of an angle and there is nothing to stop the entire hub being filled with oil and no way for that oil to get out. It probably doesn't help that I do quite alot of miles in mine, probably about 600 miles in the past few weeks. G...
